Rubel up against US dollar, euro at BCSE

August 2, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1236 against the US dollar at the August 2 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also climbed to 3.3724 per euro but fell to 4.3075 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.6085 per 100 Russian rubles.
In the outgoing week (July 29 – August 2), the rubel fell by 0.27 percent against the dollar, 0.44 percent against the euro and 0.04 percent against the Russian currency. It gained 0.02 percent of its value against the yuan.
The Belarusian currency strengthened 1.34 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2024.
