July 20, BPN. The rubel has rebounded slightly against the US dollar after three days of losses at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It traded at 3.0282 per dollar, up 0.18 percent from yesterday.
It slipped to 3.3266 per 100 Russian rubles and 4.2132 per 10 yuan. There was no trading in euros, with EUR/BYN at 3.399.
Last week (July 10-14), the rubel gained 1.46 percent against the dollar and 0.05 percent against the yuan, but lost 2.28 percent against the euro and 0.42 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 10.88 percent of its value against the dollar in the first six months.
