Rubel down against US dollar, yuan

July 6, BPN. The Belarusian rubel has depreciated against the US dollar to 3.0764 at the July 6 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also fell against the Chinese yuan to 4.2408 per 10 yuan but climbed against the Russian currency to 3.3056 per 100 rubles. 

The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.31 against the euro.

Last week (June 26-30), the rubel lost 1.45 percent against the dollar and 0.54 percent against the yuan gaining 0.03 percent against the euro and 3.67 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost 10.88 percent of its value against the dollar in the first six months.
