Belarus’ official coronavirus death toll rises to 6,681

March 15, BPN. The total number of confirmed coronavirus infection cases in Belarus increased by 693 from 942,334 on Monday to 943,027 on Tuesday, with the death toll rising by 11 from 6,670 to 6,681, according to the country’s health ministry.

The ministry said that a total of 937,754 people had recovered from the coronavirus, and 231 people had been discharged from hospitals over the past 24 hours.

As many as 12,651,102 tests for the coronavirus had been carried out in the country by Monday, with 4,697 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.

As of March 12, as many as 5,763,000 people in Belarus had already received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and over 5,212,000 people had been fully vaccinated with two doses.
