Montenegro adopted visa requirements for Belarusians on the same day, aiming to bring its policy into line with the European Union’s rules, with the move announced in advance. Previously, Belarusians could stay up to 30 days in Montenegro and Serbia without visas.

Montenegro also does not feature in the list of 38 European countries whose citizens may enter Belarus without a visa for up to 30 days.
