Rubel drops against US dollar, euro, yuan at week’s last trading

August 14, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 2.9906 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency has also dropped to 3.4448 per euro and to 4.4703 per 10 yuan but climbed to 3.5719 per 100 Russian rubles.

In the outgoing week (August 10 – August 14), the rubel has weakened by 1.43 percent against the dollar, by 1.28 percent against the euro and 1.31 percent against the yuan but rose by 1.58 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency lost 0.37 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2026.
