December 6, Pozirk. The rubel has plunged against the US, EU, and Chinese currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange, continuing yesterday’s trend.
It depreciated by 1.12 percent to 3.2229 per dollar, 1.40 percent to 3.4680 per euro, and 0.92 percent to 4.5002 per 10 yuan.
It rose by 0.46 percent to 3.4689 per 100 Russian rubles
Last week (November 27 – December 1), the rubel fell 1.28 percent against the greenback, 0.98 percent against the euro, 1.51 percent against the yuan and 0.27 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 13.82 percent of its value against the dollar from January to November.
