June 21, BPN. The Minsk region’s military enlistment offices will hold a planned annual military drill from June 21 to 30, the defense ministry’s press office reported.
The training is intended to “assess the degree of readiness” of local authorities, military enlistment offices and state agencies “to carry out tasks as intended,” it noted.
Planned activities feature the deployment of infrastructure facilities, training involving recruitment database registrants and vehicles, including in the interests of staffing military enlistment offices, the ministry said.
The drills are taking place amid Russia’s full-scale war on Ukraine in which the Belarusian leadership supports the Kremlin.
