Rubel down against US dollar at BSCE

September 1, Pozirk. The rubel has weakened to 3.0629 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency has also dropped to 3.5519 per euro and 4.5773 per 10 yuan, but rose to 3.5525 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (August 24 – August 28), the rubel depreciated by 2.15 percent against the dollar, 2.07 percent against the yuan and 1.64 percent against the euro but strengthened by 1.04 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency lost 0.37 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2026.
