Rubel bounces back against US dollar at BCSE on June 5

June 5, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 2.8169 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency has also rose to 3.2733 against the euro and 4.0505 per 10 yuan, but dropped to 3.8259 per 100 Russian rubles.

In the outgoing week, (June 1 – 5), the rubel fell by 2.06 percent against the US dollar and 1.94 percent against the euro, but strengthened by 0.1 percent against the yuan and 0.73 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 4.93 percent against the dollar in the first five months of 2026.
