Rubel down against US dollar at week’s last trading

April 17, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 2.8341 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency climbed to 3.3252 per euro, 4.1717 per 10 yuan and 3.7412 per 100 Russian rubles.

In the outgoing week (April 13 – 17), the rubel rose 0.8 percent against the US dollar, 0.6 percent against the euro and 0.96 percent against the yuan but dropped 0.03 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency lost 1.66 percent against the dollar in the first quarter of 2026.
