Rubel drops 1.2 percent against US dollar at BCSE
March 18, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 2.9946 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
The Belarusian currency also dropped to 3.4464 per euro and 4.4072 per 10 yuan but climbed to 3.6458 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (March 9-13), the rubel fell 0.25 percent against the US dollar and 0.81 percent against the yuan, but rose 0.86 percent against the euro and 0.69 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 1.74 percent against the dollar in the first two months of 2026.
