Rubel down against US dollar, euro at BCSE on August 14
August 14, Pozirk. The rubel depreciated to 2.9777 against the US dollar at the August 14 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency also dropped to 3.4781 per euro but climbed to 3.7155 per 100 Russian rubles and 4.117 per 10 Chinese yuan.
Last week (August 4 – 8), the rubel gained 0.24 percent against the dollar, 0.17 percent against the yuan, but lost 0.12 percent of its value against the euro and 0.75 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 12.97 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2025.
