Шаблон письма: как попросить Apple разблокировать аккаунт
Apple начала банить беларусских разработчиков из-за санкций. Никто из владельцев аккаунтов пока не получил от компании дополнительных объяснений.

Regarding deactivation of account — [put your ID here]
Dear Madam or Sir!
We have received the notice on February 05, 2022, that our account ([put your ID here]) has been deactivated with reasoning that «[…] legal entity information associated with [our] account fully matches a restricted party or one more parties from the United States government’s consolidated screening list, another government’s sanctions list, or a restricted regions list». This termination is erroneous and should be aborted due to the following reasons.
According to the notice, Apple has deactivated account as the name of the company is listed in US sanctions list. However, US sanctions do not apply to our company, including those imposed in framework of Belarus sanction program under Executive orders No. 14038 and No. 13405. Our company is not listed in SDN List, Non-SDN List, SSI List or any other US sanctions list.
Our account ([put your ID here]) is associated with the company [put the name of the company] ([put the registration number here], [put the place of registration here]). Shareholders of our company are [put names of shareholders here: name and surname / name of the company]. CEO of our company is [put the name of CEO here]. Neither our company nor our shareholders and CEO are listed in any US sanctions list, as well as in restrictive measures lists of EU, UK or any other states or union.
Our company is ready to provide any supporting documents, including statutory documents or extracts from companies’ registries. In addition, our company can provide Apple with independent legal opinion proving the absence of any sanctions risks.
We suppose that Apple has accidentally deactivated our account due to either technical mistake or unreasonable «overcompliance».
