However, it rose to 3.6398 per 100 Russian rubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the outgoing week (July 1\u20135), the rubel lost 1.54 percent against the dollar, 2.31 percent against the euro and 1.78 percent against the yuan.
