He was supposed to answer 17 criminal charges including terrorism and plotting to seize state power.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Prakopje\u016d was ordered to pay a fine of 37,000 rubels (over $12,400) and given the maximum possible punishment as &#8220;the leader of a criminal group,&#8221; prosecutor Maksim \u010cuprys told state media journalists.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t The Vajciachovi\u010d family was also sentenced to lengthy prison terms: Vital and son U\u0142adzis\u0142a\u016d were given 19 and 21 years in prison, respectively; his wife Volha and daughter-in-law Anastasija, 11 years each.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Ihar \u010camiakin and Siarhiej Liso\u016dski were given 20 years in prison each; Dzianis Chamicevi\u010d and U\u0142adzimir Savianko\u016d, 16 years; Siarhiej Saka\u0142o\u016d, 14 years, Mika\u0142aj Roj, 12 years; D\u017amitryj Neviarkievi\u010d, 11 years; Volha Pietuch, 10 years; Piotr Jurkievi\u010d and Dzianis Fi\u0142on\u010dyk, nine years; and Eduard Piastrak, three and a half years.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t They all faced multiple charges, including terrorism, forming an extremist group and participating in its activities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Alaksiej Michaj\u0142a\u016d, accused of failing to report a crime, was released in the courtroom.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t In July 2021, Hajdukievi\u010d said that someone threw Molotov cocktails at his home but no one was injured and no damage was caused to the building.
