Unofficial reports suggest that it is owned by Belarusian Railway.<\/p>\n<p> Aleksandr Bogomaz, governor of the region bordering Belarus and Ukraine, <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/avbogomaz\/2469\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">wrote<\/a> on Telegram: &#8220;An unidentified explosive device went off at&nbsp;the 136th kilometer of the Bryansk-Unecha route, derailing the locomotive pulling a freight train. No injuries have been reported. Emergency services are working at the scene. Rail traffic has been suspended at&nbsp;this section.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> Russian Railways later <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/telerzd\/3024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">clarified<\/a> on Telegram that the incident occurred at 10:17 a.m. &#8220;on the Unecha-Rassukha line,&#8221; citing&nbsp;&#8220;unlawful interference with railway transport operation.&#8221; As a result, the locomotive and seven railcars derailed: three carrying construction materials and four carrying oil products (two tanks caught fire).<\/p>\n<p> Analyzing photos and videos from the scene, Internet users pointed out the train&#8217;s livery, suggesting that it belonged to Belarusian Railway. <span>N<\/span><span>a\u0161a Niva <\/span>cited its&nbsp;unnamed sources with&nbsp;the railway industry <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/nashaniva\/65194\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">claim<\/a> that the train was a Belarusian one.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>May 1, BPN.
