It rose by 2.58 percent against the Russian currency.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t The rubel lost 4.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first three months of 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>April 12, BPN.
