\n\tFebruary 8, BPN<\/span>.<\/b> At the meeting of the Security Council on February 8, Aliaksandr Luka\u0161enka claimed that the West had invested over $6 billion in the “attempt of a colour revolution” in Belarus.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t “They planned a colour revolution in the center of Europe, but all they got was a failed revolt,” Luka\u0161enka was quoted as saying by his press service. “American (respected ones) experts and political analysts decsribed it as a failed attempt at an unconstitutional coup.”\n<\/p>\n

\n\t “There is a huge amount of money invested in this ‘failed attempt’. According to our calculations (what we could trace), it exceeds six billion dollars. For Belarus, it’s an exorbitant price,” he added.\n<\/p>\n
