It also blacklisted accounts by the Ruch Volia initiative and Volnaja Bie\u0142aru\u015b movement along with five other Facebook pages and three Instagram accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sixty sets of Telegram stickers have also been blacklisted in Belarus since the start of 2026, the Viasna Human Rights Center reported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belarusian investigators accused exiled influencer Kaciaryna Vadanosava of denying genocide of the Belarusian people in her educational videos on history, <em>Pozirk<\/em> reported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jailed trade unionist Volha Brycikava, serving a lengthy prison term, had been placed in solitary confinement for a week in May, Viasna said, noting that prison authorities did not allow her to see a doctor before the punishment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On September 25, law enforcers confiscated furniture and electronic devices from the apartment of the ex-wife of D\u017amitryj Banita, who was convicted in absentia, to cover the fines imposed on him, the Brest branch of Viasna reported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prison authorities at Penal Colony No 1 in Navapo\u0142ack, Viciebsk region, are pressuring 57-year-old designated political prisoner Vasil Prochara\u016d, placing him under constant surveillance in solitary confinement, Viasna said. Two years ago, the man was given 11 years on high treason charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belarusian authorities have charged at least 3,200 people in criminal cases since mid-2024, said the joint statement of rights groups released on October 12. Activists also reported at least 28,500 arrests, searches and other forms of reprisals in this period, warning that reprisals are evolving and becoming more covert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As of October 14, human rights defenders identified at least 878 political prisoners, but the real number is considerably higher because many cases go undocumented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 14, Pozirk.
