Last year, the Belarusian currency gained 15.49 percent against the US dollar at the currency exchange offices. The Belarusian currency has also dropped to 3.5519 per euro&nbsp;and&nbsp;4.5773&nbsp;per 10 yuan, but rose to 3.5525&nbsp;per 100 Russian rubles.
