Other blacklisted content includes <em>maldzis.world<\/em> and the Instagram page by Yaroslav Chornohor, the Ukrainian foreign ministry\u2019s special envoy for relations with Belarusian pro-democracy forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Belarusian Investigative Committee said it filed criminal charges against exiled Ja\u016dhien Razumka, Via\u010das\u0142a\u016d Kasiniera\u016d and his wife Maryna Kasinierava.
