No such loans were granted in the first six months of 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, according to Bie\u0142stat, Belarusian companies\u2019 fixed capital expenditures rose by 11.8 percent year on year in the first half of 2026 to 26.5 billion rubels (about $9.2 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private companies reportedly accounted for 53.6 percent, while state and foreign-owned companies accounted for 43.1 percent and&nbsp;six&nbsp;percent, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies based in the Minsk region accounted for the largest share at 23.3 percent, followed by the city of Minsk at 22.4 percent, while the Mahilo\u016d and Viciebsk regions concluded the list at 9.5 and 9.1 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025,&nbsp;fixed capital expenditures&nbsp;reportedly totaled&nbsp;56 billion rubels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 24,&nbsp;Pozirk.&nbsp;Foreign investment in the fixed assets of Belarusian companies decreased by around 32 percent over the last five years to 533.4&nbsp;million rubels in the first half of 2026, according to the National Statistics Committee\u2019s (Bie\u0142stat) data.
