July 23, Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>An\u017ealika Mielnikava, a former speaker of the opposition Coordination Council who disappeared in March 2025, currently lives in Minsk and cooperates with Belarus\u2019 Committee for State Security (KGB), Belarusian hacktivist group Cyberpartisans says in an investigative report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyberpartisans \u201chas obtained evidence that Mielnikava is currently in Minsk with her two daughters and is residing in an apartment on 24 Piotr M\u015bcis\u0142aviec Street,” the organization says. “In addition, she holds a passport in the name of Radzivonava Anhielina Alaksieje\u016dna, born on 02\/02\/1990. Mielnikava uses this document on a regular basis to conceal her identity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The possession of a cover passport “allows us to conclude that, regardless of the motives for such an act, she agreed to cooperate with the KGB,” the report says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acknowledging ignorance of when Mielnikava \u201cagreed to a deal with the KGB\u201d and whether she was acting under coercion or of her own free will, the organization stresses the woman\u2019s whereabouts and \u201cthe fact of her cooperation with the KGB\u201d have been established beyond doubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An\u017ealika Mielnikava, a prominent public figure in among the exiled Belarusian opposition before her disappearance, was reported missing at the end of March 2025. In May that year, Cyberpartisans came out with a report accusing her of misappropriating $150,000 in Bia\u0142oru\u015b Liberty Foundation\u2019s funds, which she managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media outlets Insider<\/em> and Polityka<\/em> reported that she travelled to Dubai from Sri Lanka on March 7 together with her daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zerkalo reported that two properties had been purchased in Minsk on Mielnikava\u2019s behalf after her disappearance, namely, an apartment on Lubimava Avenue in September 2025 and an apartment on Piotr M\u015bcis\u0142aviec Street in January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
