The Winston Blue cigarettes are believed to have originated from an illegal tobacco factory in Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ukrainian man driving the truck claimed that he was transporting disposable tableware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lithuanian customs officers reportedly seized almost seven million packs of illegal cigarettes in 2025, mostly imported from Latvia.
