The mission will make pinpoint recommendations on how to improve standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another IAEA mission inspected the plant from February 9 to 15. Its findings have not yet been made public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NPP in Astraviec was built some 10 miles off the Lithuanian border with a Russian loan. Units 1 and 2 started commercial operation in June 2021 and November 2023, respectively.
