The situation is being gradually resolved,\u201d Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga<strong> <\/strong>Ruginien\u0117 told reporters in Vilnius on December 23, <em>Delfi<\/em> reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She noted that weather balloons launched by cigarette smugglers from Belarus have not disrupted operations at Vilnius International Airport \u201cfor some time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a positive result of American diplomacy, she said, referring to US envoy John Coale talks with Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka in Minsk ten days ago.
