He said that restrictions had disrupted &#8220;financial operations&#8221;, as many banks stopped accepting payment orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that the issue had been largely resolved: major companies have opened accounts with Belarusian banks or found other &#8220;cost-effective&#8221; solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kavalonak noted that Belarusian exporters rely on Russia\u2019s main ports for multimodal shipments\u2014St. Petersburg, Novorossiysk, and Vladivostok\u2014where cargoes are sent by rail and road transport. \u201cEach logistics company\u2014fortunately, there are many in Belarus and competition is very tight\u2014already has established solutions that enable us to deliver goods to Indonesia, Vietnam, African countries and Latin America.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking about the impact of complicated logistics on prices, Kavalonak said that raw material cargoes, primarily timber and bulk fertilizers, &#8220;were&#8221; the most affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen it comes to high value-added goods, logistics costs are significantly lower, allowing us to compete on more attractive terms,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for delivery times, the CEO stated that an average shipment takes up to 60 days. \u201cThis is a multimodal case, which covers the delivery of goods to their destination. And we actively use the Northern Sea Route, including as an option for further development,\u201d the Bie\u0142mytsiervis head said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kavalonak noted that several containers had recently been delivered from China to Belarus via the Northern Sea Route. \u201cAnd several containers from our partners in Salihorsk, from Belarus to China. The shipment took 40 to 60 days, depending on the loading schedule,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe use St. Petersburg and ship to Qingdao. First and foremost, this is an opportunity to ship any type of goods.
