{"id":158457,"date":"2025-10-03T22:27:35","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T19:27:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/158457\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","slug":"ukrainian-ministry-of-justice-initiates-sanctions-against-homsielmas","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/158457\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukrainian justice ministry initiates sanctions against Homsielma\u0161"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>October 3, <em>Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>The Ukrainian justice ministry on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against Belarus\u2019 farm equipment maker Homsielma\u0161 with the High Anti-Corruption Court, the ministry\u2019s press office reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It stated that the company\u2019s subsidiaries are involved in the production of components for ammunition and Shahed-type kamikaze drones Geran-2, \u201cwhich the Republic of Belarus produces to orders from enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ministry suggested targeting the following assets: corporate rights at the Homsielma\u0161-Ukraine Trading House, MTZ-Belarus-Ukraine Trading House and LUCH-YUG; property rights to trademarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The factory in Homiel has operated since 1930.
