The team said his conduct will be reassessed at the end of the six-month period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BySol\u2019s internal commission had recommended dismissing Stry\u017eak after reviewing 12 harassment complaints, but the team ultimately voted to keep him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stry\u017eak did not take part in the vote and rejected the commission\u2019s recommendation as \u201cexcessive and disproportionate in both substance and procedure.\u201d He also expressed a \u201cpersonal commitment to remedy the harm caused.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite BySol\u2019s announcement of management reforms, three of its members resigned today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stry\u017eak was suspended in late July following the launch of an internal investigation into sexual harassment allegations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The foundation raises donations for victims of political persecution in Belarus and assists Belarusians targeted by the authorities for political reasons in evacuating from the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>September 24, Pozirk.
