He has also praised US President Donald Trump\u2019s peacemaking efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTrump is not the way we see him. Some fragments of his speeches appear in the public space, plus the peculiarities of translation leave their mark, and it appears that he is impulsive and inconsistent,\u201d \u0141uka\u0161enka said. \u201cNo. He is an understanding person. He needs more reliable people. I think this will be useful, especially since he is committed to peace.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Belarusian ruler, Trump \u201cplayed his role as a mediator great\u201d during the recent talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on a path to peace in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0141uka\u0161enka did not subscribe to the point of view that the August 15 summit in Alaska was a failure for Trump. The summit was not supposed to result in specific agreements, as it involved \u201conly one party\u201d to the conflict, he stated.
