May 31, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> The Bie\u0142aja Ru\u015b party and its branches, created two years ago to support Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka, have the right to rent premises with a reduction coefficient of 0.1 to the base rental rate, the Council of Ministers directed on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Legal Internet Portal published the decision today. It lists the real estate rented by the party. There are 118 spaces: 19 in the Brest region, 15 in the Viciebsk region, 21 in the Homiel region, 18 in the Hrodna region, 20 in the Minsk region, 16 in the Mahilo\u016d region and nine in Minsk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarus calculates the monthly rent for state property using the following formula: area (sq. m) \u00d7 base rental rate \u00d7 coefficient. Taking into account the reduction coefficient, Bie\u0142aja Ru\u015b will pay 187.7 rubels ($63) for a 100 sq. m space instead of 1,877 rubels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus was the first party to receive preferential rent in September 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bie\u0142aja Ru\u015b, which is extremely loyal to \u0141uka\u0161enka, was founded in 2023. It was based on the public association of the same name that was launched in 2007 to demonstrate popular support for the government. The party is led by Aleh Ramana\u016d, who also leads the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
