February 18, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> The Russian State Duma has ratified a treaty with Belarus on security guarantees within the Union State, TASS<\/em> reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, Minsk has not announced that it launched the ratification process for the December 6 deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to TASS<\/em>, as soon as the agreement takes effect, the parties will consider an armed attack on one country as an aggressive act against the Union State and retaliate, using all forces and means available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
