February 13, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Belarus plans to build 4.5 million sq. m of housing in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The government set the task on February 3, the National Legal Internet Portal reports. The Minsk region will see the largest scale of construction, 1,325 thousand sq. m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is followed by Minsk, 710 thousand sq. m; the Brest region, 625.9 thousand sq. m; the Homiel region, 565 thousand sq. m; the Hrodna region, 456,1 thousand sq. m; the Mahilo\u016d region, 418 thousand sq. m; the Viciebsk region, 400 thousand sq. m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, the government instructed developers to build 4.4 million sq. m (it has now planned an increase of 2.3 percent<\/strong>). According to Bie\u0142stat, 4.39 million sq. m (99.8 percent of the target) were commissioned in January\u2013December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are plans to build housing for 4,970 families with many children. Belarus also plans to build 442,36 thousand sq. m of rental housing this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
