September 23, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Territorial defense authorities in the Viciebsk region will hold a drill on September 27\u201330 to improve territorial defense management and prepare reservists for service, the defense ministry reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training will involve executive committees, military enlistment offices and reservists from the Viciebsk and Or\u0161a districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservists will be trained to resist sabotage groups, guard key facilities, maintain law and order and form people’s volunteer corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrej Kra\u016d\u010danka, deputy chief of the General Staff, will supervise the exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, Pozirk<\/em> reported<\/a> on a boot camp for reservists in the Viciebsk region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka’s government has often held military maneuvers, drills and boot camps amid tension with the West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
