September 5, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> Early this morning, unidentified persons left an anti-Belarusian message on the pavement near the Vilnius-based shelter run by Dapamoha, a Belarusian association helping victims of political persecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The message in Lithuanian read \u201cBelarusian parasites do not belong here,\u201d the organization said on Telegram, blaming Belarusian secret services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The previous morning, an unknown person fired a pneumatic gun at an office of the Belarusian parish of the Constantinople Patriarchate in Vilnius. Lithuanian police launched an investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the same day, someone broke a window in the building used by the Belarusian Community and Culture Center in Vilnius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kropka, a Belarusian creative space and souvenir store in the Lithuanian capital, was targeted by a similar xenophobic attack about a month ago. Attackers left xenophobic graffiti on the store\u2019s building and broke a window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
