Rubel rises against US dollar, Russian currency at BCSE
February 23, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 2.8505 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
The Belarusian currency also climbed to 3.7299 per 100 Russian rubles but dropped to 3.3644 per euro and 4.145 per 10 yuan.
Last week (February 16-20), the rubel rose 0.35 percent against the US dollar, 0.9 percent against the euro and 0.21 percent against the yuan but lost 0.3 percent of its value against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 1.83 percent against the dollar in January.
