Rubel up against US dollar, yuan at BSCE on December 15

December 15, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 2.9336 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency also climbed to 4.1635 per 10 yuan but dropped to 3.7039 per 100 Russian rubles. It has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.4555 against the euro.

Last week (December 1–5), the Belarusian currency weakened by 2.92 percent against the euro, 2.49 percent against the dollar and 2.75 percent against the yuan but rose by 2.14 percent against the ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 16.07 percent against the dollar in the first 11 months of 2025.
