Rubel slides against US dollar, euro, yuan at BCSE on September 8

September 8, Pozirk. The rubel depreciated to 3.0214 against the US dollar at the September 8 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency also dropped to 3.54 per euro and 4.2265 per 10 Chinese yuan but rose to 3.6893 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (September 1 – 5), the rubel lost 1.22 percent against the dollar, 0.83 percent against the euro, 0.94 percent against the yuan and 0.06 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 14.3 percent against the dollar in the first eight months of 2025.

Real pay growth slows down for four consecutive months
