Rubel rises against US dollar, yuan at BCSE on August 7

August 7, Pozirk. The rubel rose to 2.9905 against the US dollar at the August 7 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency appreciated to 4.0918 per 10 Chinese yuan. It weakened against the ruble to 3.7138 per 100 Russian rubles and against the euro, closing at  3.4579.

Last week (July 28 – August 1), the rubel lost 1.61 percent of its value against the dollar, 0.58 percent against the euro and 0.03 against the yuan but gained 0.4 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 12.97 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2025.
