Rubel up against US dollar, yuan at BCSE on June 16
June 16, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.9784 against the US dollar at the June 16 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency also climbed to 4.1389 per 10 Chinese yuan but dropped to 3.449 per euro and 3.7819 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (June 9 – 13), the rubel strengthened 0.41 percent against the greenback, 0.13 percent against the yuan and 0.15 percent against the Russian ruble, weakening 0.58 percent against the euro.
The Belarusian currency gained 13.72 percent against the dollar in the first five months of 2025.
